“梦”触发端原理：引发大脑能量运作，是有不同触发端的；主要分为：外界触发端和内心触发端。

　　（1）外界触发端：主要是睡觉过程中，身体感受外界的各种信息，从而引发人们做相关信息的梦境。

　　如：当床铺比较热的时候，我们比较容易梦到“火”或各种“热源”；当旁边响起轻微的“警铃声”时我们容易梦到“救火车”、“救护车”或“警车”等；当旁边有人播放“救命”的喊叫声时，我们就比较容易梦到“逃命”的场景；当全部加在一起，您将会梦到“火灾”，而您不久就会被恶梦所惊醒，依此来避免各种“灾难”。

　　（2）内在触发端：包括身体的疾病或舒适感，和心理的各种日常的思考、情感、喜好等。

　　如：人们有各种疾病时，经常会出现恶梦，以及各种生理因素所导致的梦境；人们在睡前情绪激动或持续思考等，就容易做一些相关的梦，所谓“日有所思，夜有所梦”；而在这些梦境很多时候与你日常的喜好有关，所谓“好仁者，多梦松柏桃李，好义者多梦刀兵金铁，好礼者多梦簋篮笾豆，好智者多梦江湖川泽，好信者多梦山岳原野”。
